Annie Takeuchi Her healthcare marketing work includes extensive work with Johnson & Johnson, Cardinal Health, and Froedtert Hospital. She has helped clients address a variety of market segmentation, targeting, positioning, new product development, and pricing issues by translating research findings into the critical action steps that will improve marketing and business performance. Annie has also conducted customer equity work, pioneering different applications of the Rust, Zeithaml, and Lemon model. Notably, the healthcare marketing work Annie did with Froedtert Hospital was recounted in an article in Marketing Health Services, "Make Your Choice: Choosing the Right Research Design Also Can Help Clarify Patient Choices" (Fall 2005, pages 21-24). Her work with Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a division of Johnson & Johnson, helped the client's marketing team earn the company's Bellringer Award for Outstanding Marketing. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and History with honors from Yale University, a Master's degree in Music from the Peabody Conservatory, and Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Experimental Psychology from Johns Hopkins University.
