What started as a simple idea to make a better t-shirt, Under Armour today has become one of the hottest brands of performance apparel worn around the world by atheletes at all levels.

Having worked its way to the to the top of the industry pack, Under Armour remained ever-vigilant about growing sales through all of its distribution channels, including it’s ecommerce website. When reports indicated its website underperformed relative to industry benchmarks and management goals, management wanted to know why and, more importantly, what to do about it.
