A veteran of over 500 hundred market segmentation studies in virtually every product and service category, Henry Gamse’s signature humorous and accessible approach to complex topics has earned him the gratitude of colleagues and clients.

He is a senior vice president at Copernicus and heads up the firm’s statistical and modeling division. He designs and supervises the data analysis for virtually all of Copernicus’ large-scale quantitative studies, many of which involve market segmentation and targeting work.

In addition to his extensive experience and deep knowledge of marketing, Henry has a strong background in psychology. Prior to entering Syracuse University’s doctoral program in social psychology, he served as staff psychologist for an industrial training program in Baltimore, Maryland.

Henry has published articles on market segmentation issues and other marketing research topics in various journals, and regularly contributes thoughts on market segmentation and perspectives on marketing issues to our blog.
